Foundation Level Netball Training
Wednesdays at 16.30 pm - 17.30 pm
Our training for girls from 4 - 11 years introduces netball as a fun and exciting way to develop important skills. Through regular, playful sessions, we teach the basics of the game, helping young players understand that practice makes perfect. From learning how to shoot and pass to improving fitness and coordination, our drills are designed to be both enjoyable and educational. Netball helps children stay active, and also builds confidence, teamwork, and focus, setting the foundation for their growth!
Challenger Level Netball Training
Wednesdays at 17:30 - 18:30 pm
Saturdays at 9.30 - 10:30 am
Designed for netballers aged 12 to 15 years, our training program is a comprehensive journey into the technical side of the game. With a focus on mastering key skills, players will engage in a dynamic mix of advanced technical drills, tactical coaching sessions, and specialised netball fitness routines. This expertly crafted program challenges participants at all levels, providing the perfect platform to sharpen their technique, decision-making, and on-court awareness. Our goal is to develop highly skilled players ready to compete on an international stage, all whilst having fun and making life long friends!
Open Level Netball Training

Saturdays at 10.30 - 11:30 am
Our Open training program for netballers aged 16+ is the ultimate pathway to becoming part of Portugal's first-ever national Under-21 squad. With a strong focus on advanced technical skills, tactical mastery and specialised fitness, our programme pushes players to reach their full potential while fostering a competitive spirit. It challenges athletes to sharpen their game and prepare for international competition. Through rigorous training and engaging gameplay, we're building the future of Portuguese netball!
